Violet is an elegant dressage prospect filly by Daily Diamond out of a Feiner Stern mare. She is expected to finish 16.3+ with plenty of bone. Sweet and curious, Violet presents herself with a sense of confidence that would turn heads in the ring.

Violet’s sire, Daily Diamond, is an honest, sympathetic and reliable stallion with a very good attitude. He has a willingness to work and shows a great work ethic. The walk is pure and with good reach. The trot is expressive and has good to very good reach. The canter is uphill, powerful with lots of carrying and scope. Daily Diamond has an appealing front end and moves with great suppleness, self-carriage and balance. As a dressage horse, Daily Diamond has a lot of talent and gives his rider a very good feeling. He is an honest reliable stallion, easy to handle and quiet in the stable. He has sired 6 licensed offspring of which one is in Studbook I in Germany (Date Forever, Dipinto Grazile, Maigret van de Watermolen, Manager of Utopia, and the KWPN licensed Lord Diamond and Nephew).

Her dam sire, Feiner Stern, was a successful sire in the late 90s and early 2000s. He combines the bloodlines of the Oldenburg foundation sire Furioso II with the Hannoverian foundation sire Gotthard. In addition, his granddam Ramona is by the stallion Romulus II, the full brother of Romulus I, sire of the dressage sensation Romadour. The damsire of Feiner Stern, Goldstern, is known in Germany for producing versatile and uncomplicated performance horses. At his stallion performance test Feiner Stern achieved 9.0 4 times for his ability to perform, rideability, trot and gallop in training, and got more than 120 points in the final result. Due to this performance, in combination with a convincing first crop as well as his impressive appearance, he was awarded the title of main premium winning stallion in Oldenburg in 1987. His first batch of foals brought 4 approved sons, among them Feinbrand, the first reserve champion and Fair Play, the 2nd reserve champion of the 1989 stallion approvals in Oldenburg.

There’s no doubt that she is an athletic, beautiful filly worth adding to your barn, capable of going in any direction she’s pointed. She will be registered with Westfalen NA and could also be a future breeding prospect with her older dam line. Violet will be available to move once weaned and a payment plan can be negotiated.
