Hotshot lives up to his name! This young small has a big, ground-covering stride. Fancy enough for Pony Finals or Young Hunter Pony Championships, yet bold and forward enough for eventing or jumpers. He is not a kick ride, he would excel in the jumping arena. Not spooky, great ground manners, curious, and full of personality (will work for peppermints).
Started slowly and correctly this past year. Currently coursing x-rails with no stop. Has jumped 2’9″ with ease, though we’re concentrating on fundamentals over x-rails right now. Has schooled some x-country (small ditches, water, etc.) Schooling training level with some light first level dressage work, definitely capable of higher. Best suited for a plucky trainer’s kid ready to bring out his full potential in a program.
